Jeff Walton: It’s Probably Gonna Be Fine
Jeff Walton has been married to Misti for 10 years and they have 5 children: Brewer (9) who is their biological son and Milly (7), Sofi (6), Naomi (5), and Brody (19 mos), who are all adopted from foster care. Including their four youngest, Jeff and Misti have cared for twelve foster children total since 2015. Jeff's wife Misti currently serves as the Program Director for The Harbor of Hope, a child placing agency based in McKinney, TX, and the couple serves on the board of directors for Foster Village North Texas, a non-profit which provides support to children in foster care and their caregivers, including their biological families and foster parents. Jeff has worked in youth and children's ministry part-time for his entire adult life, while working for 14 years as a professional educator in both private Christian and public schools. In 2018, Jeff chose to step out in faith and enter full-time vocational ministry, and he now serves as a Global Equipping Consultant at East West Ministries, working to help church leaders all over the world and as the kids pastor at Pin Oaks Christian Fellowship in Anna, TX.
